Frocktober day 1

Okay. I'm in. I'm doing Frocktober - frockin' fantastic fashionista fundraising for ovarian cancer research. I will wear a different dress every day of October and post a photo here. I may even think of other things to do in a frock. I'm open to suggestions. And challenges. You can sponsor me HERE

DAY ONE: Vintage "Malihini Designer Collection HAWAII" dress. Gorgeous cotton 1960's dress with scoop neck, three quarter split sleeves with gold button detail. Cost me all of $10!

This dress is going to be a summer favourite I can tell. I'll be thinking of Elvis in Blue Hawaii!

Now. Where did I put that ukulele? Oh come now... you know I have one! I'll be singing...

" Dreams come true
  In blue Hawaii
And mine could all come true
This magic night of nights with you"

Thanks to the little kids for taking my photo while balancing on the couch.
