I wanted to have a finish things Friday this week...but the craft week has not gone to plan. I realise, to have a finish thing Friday - you need to have a....

Meanwhile, my daughter Micmac (no, not her real name) has had a massive Finish Things Friday. Her VCE textiles is due today. I was busy being craft support person into the wee hours last night - finding scissors, threading needles and making tea.

Some of the accessories for her major pieces were the final touches to be finished. Head pieces....

  1. I have had an admiring giggle at all of the wonderful vintage craft photos Julianne, they have made my morning. Your daughter's work looks painstaking and beautiful -- I hope she has gone really well, and enjoyed herself too!

  2. Thanks Sandra - Micmac works really hard! she made 12 items for textiles and has year 12 fashion to finish now. And the 70's photos are from the "golden hands encyclopedia of crafts!" which I inherited from mum. They are an infinite source of ideas and many giggles!!!
